CONSTRUCTION MANAGER-KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
•	Mobilize and prepare a site layout plan for construction and co-ordinate procedures.
•	Reading and understanding architectural, structural, electrical plans and technical details
•	Understand and handle contract documentation, collective agreements and insurance policies
•	Check and Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques 
•	Handle verbal and written instructions from the Architect 
•	Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports in coordination with the senior QS and report to the Project Manager
•	Organize and direct supervised workers and coordinate division of labour 
•	Ability to prepare the program of works on a weekly basis and ensure all working teams have a clear understanding 
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 
•	Relevant Civil Engineering Degree from a University or equivalent
•	Proven experience of 7 years in a similar role 
•	Very good knowledge of English
•	Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, AutoCAD and MS Project
