Previous experience in purchasing, store and cost control for food &beverage in a 5 stars hotel or fine dining Restaurant.
Proof of knowledge to deliver reports conduct.
Keep a clean and organized working and appropriate controls on cost and inventory.
Proficiency in using MC system or similar systems.
Excellent English language skills.
Proficiency in using excel and other Microsoft soft applications.
