We're looking for a Director/Vice President to come on board to lead a team of Digital Product Managers, Pricing, CVM, Retention and Business Intelligence.
This client is a major Ecommerce force in the Dubai space and in this role, you would take on responsibility for the overall digital product, retention, CVM and pricing strategy. As well as the roadmap and development of innovative new products, services or features which evolve the digital experience for our client in the UAE. You'd be taking charge of grossadds, churn reduction, netadds, ARPU, gross profit and lifetime value & revenue and setting the vision for experience and interface design, leading a team to implement digital solutions.
If you have over 8 years of experience defining and managing digital products, website design, mobile design, user experience flows, user experience design, and digital requirements management. Plus, over 4 years' leadership experience or direct management experience of individual contributors or a team with a direct line of responsibility, have worked on Agile delivery methodology projects and experience in partnering with technical teams to drive projects and provide leadership in an Agile development process, setting scope, prioritizing features & stories, managing daily progress and defining acceptance criteria; then this should be the next step in your career.
